My complaint is similar to others on this board.
Valuation Vision does not pay for Broker Price Opinions (BPO) rendered to them. They send an individual (a real estate broker or agent like myself ) an email solicitation to complete a BPO in return for an agreed on fee.
The problem is they do not pay. I have done a few BPO's (thank goodness) for this organization - the oldest one dating back
to 6/8/2015.
And the pathetic part of it is that my claim is only for $220. These people are in the multi-billion dollar business of real estate and they can't (or won't) pony up $220. Seriously.........
So I turned them into the State of California Dept. of Labor, San Deigo, for failure to pay wages/commissions. In all fairness to the CA Dept. of Labor, they have notified Valuation Vision of the complaint and have set of a fact finding interview. I figure if nothing comes of it - at least they will be inconvienced for a day. LOL
But do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of nonpayment and just do BPO's for a reputable company.
