 Vanderbilt Mortgage / Clayton Home, sold my family a home Price at over $ 95,000.00. The doublewide is not worth that prices.We found out after home is put on my land, and they would not fix anything, Area comes in from the elecatic outlet, you can't go in the closet are the wash room when cold with a coat.                                                                             

Brought in 2007 and my Principal Balance is still at $92,106.00, Monthly payment of $1065.10 a month and only $77.10 is put on the Principal. $10,409.07 in interest a year. I have now deal with a dump now. it was never worth it and i did do and could not see the worth wood used and the paper tin sheet rock walls. Have  the time my family have health trouble, we feel make be coming from the home it self.The CEO.
