As a respectable vape store owner I order from many different wholesalers and manufactures across the country. I was in absolute shock with the unprofesional service I recieved from vaporwerxusa I had to let other vape shops know to stay clear if you value your money and sanity.
I placed an order with vaporworxUSA for their BIG FOGGIN Coils it was a wholesale order of 65 boxes of coils. Thats when the headache started. They did not arrive on time as promised, they did not ship on time as promised, it was a task in itself trying to get these people on the phone, and then come to find out the order hasn't even shipped!!!
After about 15 phone calls I finally get a hold of the owner Mike Lewis who had no idea what was going on and didnt really sound like he cared either!
After being passed off to his secretary I was told they would ship over night and I would have it the next day. The next day came and no order and no phone call or email explainig why.
I called them back another 15-20x with no answer then finally get a call back 4 days later to say they were shipped ground not overnight.
Finally 27 days after I placed the order it shows up and the order is short 10 paks of coils and 3 paks were broken.
I called back to voice my frustration, and was shocked I was told to take it up with FedEx as they were not responsible once the package leaves their shop with the courier.
DO NOT ORDER FROM VAPORWERXUSA SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED $ SHOP SOME WHERE ELSE...ANY WHERE ELSE!!!!

I have been doing business with Vaporwerxusa since they began selling Coils in 2015.
I have found them to be honest, repsectful and they have one of the best Customer Service departments I have
ever worked with.
My orders were filled immediately, the product was perfect, the packaging is spot on.
I was shocked to read the report sent in by someone in Colorado, Are you sure this is a Legitimate company???????
This company has an immpecable reputation in the industry. I dont usually repsond to these things, but, I was compelled to do so, as this is a good company with high quality products and I would hate for this to affect their reputation.
