Vatterott College and Faculty Made False Accusations.. the case was ultimately thrown out of court by a judge...Handwriting analysis done...my education was ruined...federal student loans involved. Saint Louis, Missouri

Around October 28, 2008 Myself and two other students were asked to meet with two instructors after class. In the days prior to this meeting our instructor was out of town and we had an EMT(a fellow classmates husband) do a presentation. On 10-27-2008(i believe) myself and the two other students were confronted by another instructor about the guest speaker being professional (he was in the night class). Apparently the day class had complained and we were asked if there had been any issues, there were not. The instructor who inquired about this then explained to myself and the two other students that she would inform someone above her that she had spoken to us and this issue was resolved. On the 28th myself and the other two student were brought into the lab and told we might be suspended. I then asked on what ground and was told the we had been unprofessional. When asked how the EMTs wife said,"When my husband turned around to plug in the printer someone giggled." The two other students and I explained that there were also others in the class at that time and it wasn't true. out of all of the students present we had been the only three to engage in conversation and actually been given numbers to call for employment by not only the EMT but his wife(our classmate). At this point the other two began to cry. I continued to defend myslef against these false acusations. The wife of the guest speaker became very rude and stated," I don't know where you are from Kansas City, but you people." I immediately asked before she could finish what that meant. I was then told(not asked) by the other two instructors not to direct any comments towards her. We all began to argue and I then walked out. I returned after a minute or two only to be talked down to and disrespected by both instructors and the guest speakers wife. One instructor then informed me again that my actions and the actions of the other two students was ground for suspension. I then said," so what you are saying is that becasue someone giggled and no one knows who I might be suspended?" She said, "Ding, ding-ding, now ya getit. Did the light just turn on!" I was very calm and explained to her that the way she just spoke to me was really rude and she did indeed owe me an apology. SHe retorted back with,"I'm just telling the truth." That's when I said,"Since we are telling the truth, you and the other two are@@#@#$%@#$%#$!" I was told to leave the premisses. I was pushed  and followed while the other instructor yelled at me to leave the whole time. I wasn't able to get all of my belongings or speak to anyone higher up. I did return the next day and spoke with someone. I also filed an police report(assault). Nothing was resolved. The two instructords took out an ex parte' against me. After reading their side of the story it made me seem like a wild beast. Prior to this incident i had never had any issues with anyone. The reports stated that I had made threats prior to this incident to shoot and kill people and other very violent things that never occurred. They both sated that they were so scared I would shoot throught the window. They also were afraid I would come to their homes and kill them.(I don't and never have known where they live)Also one of the instructors had written in one of my assignments(pretending to be me of course), "Imma a natural born killa." I saw this at the deposition and it was clearly not my handwriting(my lawyer and I spoke of handwriting analysis..not sure if it was done though). I have statements from one of the students that was there that day. The before the hearing my lawyer called me and informed me that thier lawyer said that if I agreed to take online courses they would drop the charges. I said no.(Considering i had already missed to many days and had failed) The morning of the hearing My lawyer contacted me and told my the Judge threw out the case. Now i have student loans that need to be paid back. I am in the process of finding a lawyer and need one ASAP. There is also more to the story. It has been very stressful and hurtful. If anyone knows anyone who can help me that would be greatly appreciated...or if you want the rest of the story. I have every document about the case in detail(dates,times,places, and names.)
