John Nash, the owner of Vertical Mail and Zen Interactive Inc, took payment in full - $2,250.00, for internet marketing and never did it.

We have called requesting the marketing be done, were promised numerous times that it would be done, but it never was.

We have also requested a refund of our money and he has basically refused by promising to do the marketing and now refuses to return our calls or answer our emails.

This has been going on for several months and we are now forced to go to small claims court to recoup our money.

John has offices in NYC, West Palm Beach and Budapest.

I highly recommend not doing business with this individual or any of his companies. Don't be fooled by his professional, calm demeanor.
