Via Alamos Apartments -Stephanie McBride Smith/Gary Smith-VCI Property Management Owner Theft, Discrimination, Rental Fraud, Verbal Abuse, Rental Law Violations Green Valley AZ

Via Los Alamos Apts. in Green Valley, AZ are owned by Gary E. Smith of VCI Property Management and Smith Properties. He allows his relative Stephanie McBride Smith to manage Via Los Alamos. For the last year and one half she has managed Via Los Alamos Apts. During this time she has lied and evicted tenants who she doesn't like but have not committed any violations. She have repeatedly bullied and verbally abused many tenants who have left or are in the process of leaving the complex. She smokes inside building and closer than 20 ft from public areas and common area rooms and doors.

She ignores Arizona Revised Statutes regarding tenant rights. She has run off 4 Maintenance Supervisors in the last year and one half. She allows her Hispanic maintenance workers to enter apts when the tenants are not home and she lets them steal and sell their stolen items in Nogales, Sonora. She also claims apts. when s****.>

On paperwork she claimed I never contacted her or attempted to pay rent. This is a lie.  She takes claim of apartments by claiming they are abandonned. If she doesn't like you she will accuse you of a violation you did not commit....for example smoking marijuana, etc...This woman is mentally ill or a recovering addict and should be dismissed. Since her relative is Gary E Smith, who owns the complex, he will not dismiss her. He lets her bully, steal and lie about tenants and employees alike. Please, do NOT rent here or work here.
