In September, 2015, I sent Vic Saldeen $2000 for him to invest for me in Stock Options.
He Guaranteed a 20% WEEKLY ROI.
In October, 2015, he reported to me that my funds had grown to $3100.
I then requested that he send the profits to me and he flatly refused to do so.
I then requested that he return the $2000 principal and he again refused even though it was his fiduciary duty to do so.
Since that time, I have been constantly demanding that he send the entire amount, to no avail.
I believe that he is unlicensed and acting as a Securities Broker.
I have repeatedly warned him that I would contact the SEC and he just laughs.
I have reported him to the SEC and the Nevada Attorney General.
He may be operating as a PONZI SCHEME.
He also owns and operates an online Gambling Casino…LVAction.com
