Vidanta Vida Vida Vacations Scammed us by telling us we were buying one thing and then sending us another. Nueva Vallarta Nayarit
*Consumer Suggestion: A very common lie told to Vidanta clients and people who just want to enjoy their vacation
This place is very nice, however, they did scam us. We were told that we were buying a package that they had foreclosed on for another customer. They also told us that we would not be required to pay any more money unless we used the weeks that we were being sold.
Thatturned out not to ee the sae and the documents that they had us sign did not conform to what we had been told, We didn't catch it in time to terminate. I would put more details but I noticed that there are a number of detailed complaints already on here and they are unwilling to do anything about it.

I faced similar situation with this company, I totally suggest to you to cancel the package, membership, whatever they told you it was, finally it’s just a total timeshare scam. Search on the internet about companies that can help you cancel the contract by the legal way, because the resort will ever give you a solution. They will give you the option of upgrading, renting or reselling but that is a total scam, the only thing that matters to them is to keep having income. Hopefully the links below help you solve your problem.
