Villa Pavers And Pool LLC They Stole my money $23,450, and disappeared. Over 23 victims in less than 24 hours. Palm Spring Florida

This man Ricardo Villarroel, owner of Villa Pavers and Pools is a scammer. We signed a contract on July 26, 2021, and he  promised  that by December 24th he was going to have my pool ready. I paid first $23,450, and after that nothing has ben done, not even permits submitted. I tried to contact him multiples times by phone calls and texts. He is not returning my phone calls, and is excuses and excuses. I asked for my money back and requested cancellation of my contract, but he doesn't even want to talk to me. Finally I discovered that he is a fraud, and so far in the last 24 hours more than 23 victims has been reported.

I contact his assistant Rafael and told me that he fired him 2 weeks ago, and he have 72 pool projects more, in the same condition. I'm going to the court to fill a claim, because I can't await nothing more. He also has multiples companies under his names, and is a freaking liar. We want Justice, and we need help.
