I purchased ReviewReel from this company with two of the upgrades and it's all junk. The product is worthless creating videos that you cannot use for anything. They are incredibly low quality and there is nothing you can do to make them better. 

When I told them this product is worthless for me, after trying it for about two weeks and requested a refund, I was told they would not refund my money due to some sneaky wording in their refund policy. I have never purchased a digital product or service that wouldn't refund my money if I wasn't satisfied after two weeks. 

They offered a product credit, but seeing as they only sell digital trash product, it does me no good and I simply wanted my money back. They claimed something about expenses with bandwidth and other bull crap and still would not refund my money, so I opened disputes through PayPal.

When I opened PayPal cases instead of refunding my money, they are trying to manipulate me into closing the cases, knowing full well I cannot reopen them, and taking a leap of faith on them. I won't close the cases, as these scam artists should not get away with this kind of trash. 

It's also a hit to the reputation of JVZoo, in my opinion, as they allow this kind of trash to happen on their marketplace.

Anybody reading this, don't buy ReviewReel, AgencyReel, Syvid, VidCuratorFX 2.0, ClipsReel, VisualReel, LiveReel, or any other product from VineaSX Soulutions LLC. They don't provide solutions for anything and they will only try to rip you off.
