I filled out a contact form on Pitchdecks.us and Sitaraman.vip to obtain quotations for a pitch deck not knowing that the owner of both is Vip Sitaraman

I filled out a contact form on Pitchdeck.us and Sitaraman.vip for a pitch deck and received two quotes, (one was almost double) so I went with the lower one from Sitamaran.vip not knowing it was actually the same company. On the call I learned that Vip had minimal vc fundraising experience but I didn’t not mind because I had all of the information and just needed it to look good for an upcoming investor meeting. Vip missed my 2 week deadline by 3 days and delivered a pitch book that looked like a low quality template. At this point I had no other choice but to spend the extra 5 thousand dollars and go with PitchDecks.us not knowing it was the same person! Needless to say the pitch deck was not good even after spending close to $7,000. I ended up having my daughter clean it up on powerpoint which actually came out  much better than what Vip delivered. Nothing about this experience has been pleasant and I believe that he gave a higher quote on one site versus the other as a sales tactic. When I confronted him about getting a refund from the first transaction on Sitamaran.vip he said that the two companies are ran as separate entities with separate employees.
How this is legal and how he is still in business is beyond me.

Not to mention I still get nonstop spam emails from Sitaraman.vip, Pitchdecks.us and “VIP Graphics vip.graphics?”
