I had ordered an Immortal Technique T-Shirt worth $19.99 + $9.99 shipping and handling charges in the last week of December-09. The Viper Records store said that the t-shirt was supposed to ship after 24-48 hours of placing the order. As I live in India i had expected a small delay as it takes a week for items to reach India from the US. However, the Immortal Technique t-shirt that i had ordered about two months back has not yet reached me. I tried to contact Jonathan Stuart, Immortal Technique, Akir and/or anyone else on Viper Records i could but neither were my e-mails replied to, nor did anyone pick up the phone on the phone number mentioned on the Viper Records website. It is an insult to Viper Records itself and Immortal Technique as well, on one hand they portray themselves to be "revolutionary artists" and "revolutionary labels" and on the other hand they cheat their own fans and supporters in such a pathetic manner. Neither has my money been refunded, nor have they sent me the t-shirt.

Jonathan Stuart from Viper Records contacted me saying that they had not received any orders from me or my friend. I replied to this with the e-mail confirmation Viper Records had sent me confirming the payment receipt for one Immortal Technique T-shirt. Guess what Jonathan Stuart says when i told him about the rip-off report I filed against Viper Records? "YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO..... YOU ARE AN a*****e!" THIS IS THE WAY VIPER RECORDS TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS AND IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE FANBASE!
