Do not use Vision Airlines. My husband booked a flight from valpariso airport to fort lauderdale airport over 2 months before the departure date. He is in the military and had certain days he was able to fly. He was flying on Friday and coming back on Monday 8/22. He was flying down there to meet me for our wedding with my family. Vision airlines called him on Monday 8/15 to tell him that they will not be flying that day and instead will fly Sat and Tues. This didn't work for us since he had to be back to work for the military on tues and because our wedding was Sat. They would not give any compensation or put him on a flight that will meet his needs. They said they could refund his money but will take 7-14 days. Today on August 25th it has been 11 days since the incident and we still have not got a refund. Every time we call the company they do not know how to help us. We called today to see when we will get our money back and they didn't know when we will receive it. I have posted comments on their facebook speaking of their poor customer service and they just delete the comments and don't fix their problems . I have seen many people complain that they still have not got their money back for a flight that was weeks ago.
