Went to an appointment-they said I was late but I showed them a text confirmation FROM THEM to prove they had the wrong time and I was even early. Services were booked but payment was not due till services were rendered. I had an email with the services and prices that I booked and this woman started to give me estimates for packages stating that I would need to do packages for most services and that payment should be up front. I understand having to have multiple sessions, but none of this was stated at the time of booking. I then declined the services and this woman began to harass me stating I wasted her time. She then continued to yell at me and chase me out of their building and as I got into my car, she started to come after me, making threats and banging on my car window, trying to break it and also trying to get into my car.

There were 2 staff there at the time of the incident: 1 Receptionist and 1 aesthetician- it was NOT the receptionist, and I believe the woman is named Tania. Unbelievable conduct. This is sheer harassment and threats and abuse of property.  I have every right to refuse services without being harassed, threatened with physical assault and banging on my car.  There is NO JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS TYPE OF  and CONDUCT. 

And to top it off, when I reported to the Better Business Bureau, the owner's resposne response was to call me a liar because I was a "No show and insisted to get services" and proceeded to go on and on about how I called her staff a "Fraudulent Bi*ch"...and although this was all a COMPLETE LIE - (recall, I have a text with confirmation of my appointment and I was even early - so her staff lied about that, and this woman chased me out of the building after I refused their bait and switch tactic....SHE was coming after ME)...even after all these bold faced lies that she and her staff have brought up...she feels all this JUSTIFIES her staff's verbal abuse, banging on my car and threatening to physically assault me?  

The fact that the owner will not take accountability (and if you read the yelp reviews, she calls EVERYONE a liar who has a negative review about her company).   She and her staff are rude, irresponsible, fraudulent and abusive.  Nobody should be subject to such harassment.  She should be embarrassed of her staff and ashamed of herself.
