The company's own collection service is called Corporate Consulting Services, Inc.  We signed up for the Voyager Vacation Club I guess in 2012, and have never used the service to book a vacation.  We no longer have the credit card that was used on the account and it has never negatively impacted our credit score, but yet they are still coming after us now in 2022/23.  I requested a copy of my contract and when they sent it over we did sign the contract (big mistake but in one page of the line items were not initialized by us.  I have tried several times to converse with these people but they are extremely rude and confrontational.  I find this very predatorial and the crap they say to me on the fun is comical.  The fact that they are so aggressive tells me they are hurting and are trying to drum up any revenue regardless of how they treat people.  I need to know this is ligament before I send any money to them and yet when I call they refuse to answer my questions and just talk over me with legal speak.  Not sure what I should do with this. 

The fact that they can't produce a completed contract am I liable for this?  They told me that I have my copy of the contract and that is what I should go by.  Well, that was over 10 years ago and who knows where that paperwork is.  I was baffled at the fact they never called us when the CC was declined or made an effort to get an updated CC number.  I have been on the phone four times with them in the past 24 hrs with the same results and just not sure what to do next.  Do I have any protection or can I get out of this somehow?

This is a horrible company and they do not save you any money on vacations that is why we never used it and forgot about it.  They were always too expensive and we got better deals dealing directly with the hotels and cruise lines.
