For no apparent reason and without warning, Wargaming suspended my account on the game World of Tanks.  I have over 12,000 battles on this game and have invested several hundred dollars for a game I enjoy.  I have opened several cases at support.worldoftanks.com and they are closed without a reply or an update to the case.  Wargaming is in violation of their Terms of Service as it states a warning is necessary before any suspension occurs.  At least give me a reason for this suspension but they refuse.  Their customer service is highly lacking.  I would like a refund for my unused game gold and for Premium tanks.

Doesn't suprise me at all...

AUTHOR: unhappy - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 24, 2015

Anything that Wargaming does like this, does not suprise me.  They pull stunts like this all the time.  This is only the tip of the iceberg. They pull junk like this on people all the time when it comes to things in regards to billing, suspensions, Bans, miss placed forum sanctions, out right lack of customer support, failure to address customer complaints, and all sorted types of unexplained actions upon paying customers.

Recently, some of their top clan players have even been disgruntled about how they have handled player appeals on in game sanctions of offensive players.  Also, the lack of proper communication, or action in regards to wrongfuly placed punishment actions.  Their top clan players who do live feeds even are disappointed in their handling of customer support, moderation, and suspensions of bad player actions.  They are feed up, and disappointed that all their efforts, money spent $, time and work have gone to nothing.

They are receiving no service at all.  They have turned everything over to automation now with nothing but copy and pasted responses with no solutions at all.

When matters such as the above happen, people are thrown with the eula in their face, and told to get an attorney if they don't like it.  People have contacted the BBB, local and state consumer depts. about these issues as well.

They will RIP OFF anyone they can, slight of hand.  Players cannot even play back their replays of their games, camo which they paid real money for on their tanks come up missing, perimium days purchased with real money not refunded, when ping/lag issues, computer to desk top crashes so badly they cannot even play the game on their computers, and there is no refunds of money for those purchased $$ days.  Those players can play other on-line games on that same computer just mins. later.  So, it's a Wargaming problem for sure (an that also meant they had no mods installed either on the game client)

Now, the population has fallen so low on the NA server the games played are SteamRoller, Stomp Matches. 3-15 game losses that are over in less than 2 mins. out of a 15min. game. with losing streaks up to 15 games in a row..

How's that for your moneys worth?  Meanwhile, your being Libeled and insulted on a constant basis by skewed stat system in game, which Wargaming refuses to do anything about, while it allows the offending players to get away with on a daily basis, while they further add insult to injury, by ROing, punishing them for trying to speak out on the injustice that happens.

Maybe they get away with that in Belarussia, but not here....

Another bad Wargaming match...

Ok I dont know where you thought that a TV show would get you justice. I mean really, you cant be that dumb. ITS TV!!! They get cases that have no real merit and then present them on TV. Its a TV SHOW!! Not a court of law. I know you got paid for your time on the show and I know it was much more then what you were asking for. Your post is like someone going on Jerry Springer and then being shocked at what happens. You know there was no justice here. It was just a quick payday for you. The cost of that payday is that you got made fun of. You were paid better then a extra would be paid. Get over it and welcome to the wonderful world of TELEVISION!

Also, it is Judge Judy who uses the phrases "Real people, real cases." If you are going to post about a show that you have problems with, at least get your facts straight, so you are not looking like the show you are accusing. If you thought that a T.V. show would help you better that a real courtroom, then that was your own error.
