Our company agreed to the initial 3 month agreement. A training was conducted, which we found be be very complicated and time consuming, when our intention was using this service to save time in and out of the office. We told them we wanted to cancel and paid our 3 months, as the contract stipulated.

We sent numerous e-mails and made several phone calls to cancel. Now we are being charged another 3 months for a service we never ended up using, because they said the cancellation must be done by using their specific form that we were never informed of at any point!

The service itself is difficult to navigate and then we keep getting scammed into paying extra charges is highly unprofessional.
