rose tines property manager does not care about the things that are going on. we pay fees that are continuing to go up and the service you get is a joke. there have been 3 drug busts in the last month one person shot himself in the head it took weeks for the maintenance men to clean it up you wait for months at a time to get them to do anything then it's like pulling teeth. the maintenance men are rude and nasty they give you nasty looks. the maintenance men sit around and gossip for hours and you tell rose and she goes and tells the maintenance men then they start writing things up that you are doing wrong. I don't feel safe here at all when you pay two hundred and sixty thousand dollars you would think the hoa would care that is a laugh. we are paying for their salaries. I feel like I am living in a concentration camp. the manager of the park is friends with all the board members the whole park is talking about this lady rose tinus and how nasty and rude she is two-faced. she talks down to you and is condescending and downright rude. we have all these employees and nothing gets done.and guess who is getting the votes rose at the office we are voting for board members and rose is getting our votes I smell fraud evert body is talking and want them OUT
