weichert realty the sumner group Sharon Darley Unprofessional, rude , ignorant, disrespectful Pooler, Georgia

I am currently leasing a home in Pooler Ga, I was notified last month that the home owner was going to put the house back on the market. I was given an option to stay on after May 1 when my lease ends and do a month to month lease. My landlord from another company who has been great to work with said he had other rental I could get if I wanted. I told him I did not want to do a month to month and would exit the property by May 1 2013. Well since that day we have been harassed, aggravated, and belittled by the real estate lady selling the home. We were promised that the last few weeks we would not be bothered for showing . Well that's not the case we came home Saturday from work and found a sign in the front yard and a lock box on the front door. The agent called us Monday at 430 and said for us to have the house ready at 5 to show a prospective sucker, if you buy this home from her that's what you will be. Well we said no , that we have pets and 3 kids and needed a 24 hour notice, this is after we were told we wouldn't have to do this. I work 2 jobs, go to school 3 nights a week and take care of my 3 children and our pets, same as my wife does. Tonight the agent text at 9pm and demanded we turn over a key so she can show it while we are not home!!! This stupid b***h is crazy!!! Who does this to people who still are in an active lease ? For a realtor she sure needs to catch up on her Georgia Tennant laws. I text her back saying it would be a real bad idea to enter my home without permission, For her personal safety and those she brings with would be in great jeopardy if they entered without permission. All in all , if you are buying, selling renting a home I would steer clear of Sharon Darley and Weichert realtors Sumner group. If they are this shady, rude and unprofessional with us I would hate to see what else she does. I guess I will be making a trip to my attorney tomorrow for some help to get this stupid bitches mind right. Please avoid 13 masters way or any other home in this neighborhood its like n**i Germany in here, and my neighbor on the right corner is a psycho, but that's a whole other story. Just beware , you have been warned.
