This company actively supports the scamming of legitimate parties to increase their revenues. They make no attempt to investigate fraudulent chargebacks, but immediately side with anyone filing a chargeback despite the evidence you provide to dispute the chargebacks and immediately add an addition $15 fee on top of the chargeback. After receiving a recent chargeback, they made their decision to inforce the chargeback despite the many emails, skype conversations I provided between myself and the person filing the chargeback. Not only did they allow the charge back, they made the decision in less than 24 hours despite the provided evidence to support my claim. Common sense dictates they do this to increase the revenues by adding the additional $15 fee. To add insult to the injury, they post canned responces insinuating that anyone who unsatisfied with their business practices is the "guilty" party.
