I had a crown that fell off after a few months, they wahted to charge me $175 to glue the crown back on.

I wouldn't ever use there service as they do shoddy work. They also tried to charge me a late fee when I didn't ever receive a bill for 5 months.

Bad Bad Bad company.

Western Dental, Palm Springs, Ca. Front Office Staff I went to the dentist this morning to have my tooth checked, the crown fell off. They said they couldn't see me because it would take 48 hours for the insurance approval. I made the appointment on Monday, they had 48 hours to have the approval ready. I offered to pay with my credit card but they said they couldn't do that becasue the didn't know how to change it in the computer. I have never received such poor service. They need to hire people who know how to operate the computer and handle insurance company approvals. The fact that they didn't ask about my pain was beyond their ability. How does a dentist office operate like this?????? Palm Springs California
