Friday - I dropped my cell phone and cracked the face (touch screen).  I went back to AT&T to get a replacement.  Since I didn't have insurance (I strongly recommend you purchase), I would have to purchase a new phone or add a second line.  I was willing to do this, but the salesperson suggested that I contact WiGo Clinic which could replace my touch screen cheaper than purchasing a new phone. I said no, because I need my phone.  He said they fix your phone the same day while you wait.  So, I called WiGo Clinic and spoke with Ramon.  Long story short, it would take two hours to fix and he didn't have the part in the Arlington store, but contacted Rob (The manager) and Rob (The manager) would bring the part from the Fairfax store @ 2pm.  I arrived @ 2pm and Rob (The manager) was still in the Fairfax store.  CUSTOMER'S TIME NOT IMPORTANT   I don't know what time Rob (The manager) arrived, because I left, but to cut down on time, I left my phone and they would take it apart and have it ready for the touch screen once it arrived.  I received a phone call from Scott (The technician) around 4:40pm - 5pm, stating that the part was defective and they would have to order a new one.  Since it is so late on Friday, they would receive the part on Monday and have my phone ready on Monday two hours after they receive the part.  I was not happy but I didn't have a choice.  They already had my phone and they had already taken it apart.

THREE DAYS LATER

Monday - No phone call from the store, so I called @ 5pm.  I spoke with Ramon, who informs me that he's not sure what happened with my phone, the technician (Scott) who worked on the phone will not be back to work until Wednesday.  Oh, by the way, that's when the part will be arriving.  Again, I'm not happy... I tell Ramon, that Scott informed me on Friday, that he ordered the part (overnight) and it will be  @ the store on Monday (today).  So, I asked Ramon to contact Scott to find out the story.  Turns out, Scott tells Ramon that the part was ordered but not coming in until Wednesday, ironically the same day Scott (the technician) is back at work.  DECEPTIVE   Why lie to the customer?!

 I called the Fairfax store to speak with the Rob (The manager), Bryan answers the phone and informs me that Rob (The manager) is busy.  TOO BUSY TO TALK WITH A CUSTOMER?  I can leave a message, No, I'll wait.  So, Bryan places me on hold for ten minutes, he comes back to the phone and tells me that Rob (The manager) left the store.  WOW!!  Did you tell him I was on hold, "YES"... WOW!!  Why duck the customer?!  So, I am just a little disappointed in this whole saga.  My phone is currently @ their Arlington location; Still in the state of when I dropped it off on Friday, today is Monday and its not guaranteed that on Wednesday it will be ready or if the part will come in.  I don't feel the company to include the Rob (The manager) showed any type of urgency nor empathy to have my phone repaired or that they were concerned that I am without my phone for six days.  In this day of technology, two hours with a phone or internet you have missed out on so much.  At this point, I just want my phone fixed properly and NO... I will not do business with them again!!!!
