wilbanks gun repair "THE GUN DOC, CURTIS WILBANKS paid for 2 shotgun chokes $200. was told 2 wks been 2 mnths called 15x left messages will not respond Eastanollee, Georgia

 I sent a postal money order for $200.00 to curtis wilbanks for 2 custom shotgun chokes.He said it would take 2 weeks .Three weeks went by I called and he said he was making them that day .I said that's great , just wanted to make sure he recieved money order he said yes and he said it would be 2 more weeks .Three weeks went by no chokes.called again left message ,asking if I could just get refund or if he would please let me know what was going on? I sent money january 6, 2010.It is now march 14, 2010. I have called at least 15 times since and he won't answer any calls, and still no chokes. I HAVE A FAMILY  AND THE $200.00 IT TOOK ME TO SAVE FOR 4 MONTHS DOESN'T COME EASY FOR A CONCRETE FOUNDATION GUY.
