Attorney Will anderson is a lying no good piece of  excremennt. I had the misfortune of asking Will Anderson for legal help while in jail in Florida. When i hired Will Anderson he was a member of the "legally modern law group" in st. pete .Fl.Laura Vittitoe is the founder of this group. She has  let Will Anderson go due to his un professionalism .These were her words as i spoke with her after my release from county jail.no thanks to Will anderson.                                                                        

When ifirst hired Will we agreed on a price of $4000. and  that i could pay in installments.i started with $1000 deposit and at my first court date he was a no show..Iwas told by his phone help that it was due to a clerical error.1 month later in court he was unprepared to do anything in my defense and had it delayed yet again to another month away.He assured me he wanted to get everything in order and dot his "i",s and cross his "T"'s  I ended up payinging him $3500 while waiting for another court date. When he finaly showed up he told the judge that my only past legal history was Ad.u.i. that i had recieved back in the 70"sI didnt get my license until 1981! the prosicution did not agree with anything he was saying and another date was set.                                                                                                                                              

the weeks go by and nothing from Will Anderson. then one day he shows up and asks me if i got the letter he sent me? Of course i did not . he stated to me that I failed to tell him of all my legal history and that his credibility in the court room was gone.he said he didnot know what the prosicution wanted.                                                                                                

on the day of my 4th or 5th appearance. i told him more or less he was incompetant. while standing in front of the judge Will Anderson said to the judge that i was not happy with his services and he wanted to recuse himself from saying anything and asked to be dissmissed. the judge asked me if i wanted to fire him and i said no. i spoke to the judge and told my side of the story. the judge was just getting ready to give me a deal when dumbass Will Anderson spoke up and said Judge! the state and I are almost at an agreemen tcan we postpone for 2 weeks? suer ! postponed til 2 weeks.I was almost at an agreement with the judge with nohelp from Will anderson when the a*s spoke up just so he wouldnt be embarrased. 2 weeks later he didnt do a d**n thing i enede up firing him as  all he wanted to do was recuse himself and i had to hire a real attorney as the judge would not ler me speak for myself at the time.                                                                    

there is much more to this story but i ended up hiring a real attorney and after 7 months in county i got time served. Will Anderson basically wasted my time and took $3500 from me for doing nothing. i did more in court speaking for myself than he did in 4 months of crossing hit"T"'s and dotting his "i"'s.  He has a license to steal and has no conscience of how he does it. a real turd in my book.hopefully somone will see his name in this rippoff report and get a real lawyer.
