William Clark Wallis Artist Web Designer, Fraud, Thief, Painter, Con Artist Fraud, Elderly Abuse, Delusional Behavior, Liar Astoria, NYC New York

William Clark Wallis is an artist living in New York City, originally from Montclair NJ, who defrauds other artists around the world. He can be found in Astoria Queens where he lives and the Art Students League of New York where he attends as a student. He is not an instructor or in charge of anyone of anything at all there, though he pretends to be in charge of classes. He is known for taking money allegedly to create websites for other artists, which either never are made, never actually work, or if he does create them he will not give the artists the password for the sites and claims to own them and all the images that are on the sites. Personally, he has taken $250 from me and never created the website at all. I know of a dozen other people who he has charged varying amounts for the same work, which he either did not complete or only partially completed.

Many of his clients are other artists that he meets and takes advantage of, and he especially is known to do this to elderly people. William also alleges to be a curator for various art shows. He is not. He has never curated anthing in his life. He is just a narcissistic liar who dupes unsuspecting people. I tried to approach him to get my money back, even threatening to go to the police, but he is lost in his delusions of grandeur. I believe him to be a very dangerous man who is not in control of his behavior or temper. Some sort of personality disorder probably. He does not see reality for what it is, and if you watch him long enough you can see that he feels nothing for other people. Only himself.

Beware of this man. Do not engage in any business dealings with him. Definitely do not pay him for any computer related work. Definitely do not pay him thousands of dollars for his art, it is not worth what he inflates it to be. At his age he should have a full CV with many museum exhibitions and solo shows if he wants to charge what he charges. But the only art shows he does are ones that he has to pay to get into, or get other people to pay his portion by telling them that he can get this in for a price double what they actually owe. 

He is just a con artist masquerading as an NYC art icon and computer expert. He has no computer expertise at all. He stole from me and many people that I know. He only takes cash. That should be a sign enough. Beware.
