Willowbrook Apartments OlenLiving Willowbrook Apts in Las Vegas - Horrible Property Management & Maintenance Las Vegas Nevada

WillowBrook Apartments (OlenLiving) is one of the worst managed properties I have ever dealt with.  In the past 11 months, they have repeatly failed to respond to maintence issues as well as provided overall horiable customer service upon each interaction with residents.  There are numerous very negative rating on Yelp and other socail media for this property from many different residents.  Here are some of my poor experences.

• Scammed out of a 1/2 month free move-in specail at time of move-in.  Leasing rep had advised the same special goingo on at a neighboring property would also apply here.  Property Manager at the time caught the error and advised that it would not apply and that it was an error from her "new" employee dispite having it in writing on the pricing form.  Was told that was not an offical contract.
• Upon move in, was told I needed to be moved to another unit due to the orginal unit I was susposed to move into not being ready as the former residents in that unit moved out late.  
• Despite paying $100 a month more for upgraded appliances, dishwasher works horrabliy(on-going) and the freezer would not make ice until after two reparis.
• During the entire month of November, was without one of my bathrooms as maintence would not fix the toliet.
• Despite the carpert in the apartment being new, upon move in it was clear that it was pieced together in numerous strips. There were no carpert transition strips placed between capert and tile.  Within several months of living in the unit, the caprpet begain to come apart at the seams from where it was pieced together.  Mamangeent still at 11 months has not addressed the issue.
• Management team is now on its 3rd property manager in the last 11 months.  
• Staff is confused and clueless although they try to be helpfull but dont know what to do because of poor leadership. (Numerous Examples)

The rent for this proeprty is high.  I would consider looking at other places or purching your own townhouse/condo if you are able.
