Wing Insurance company said they can recover my lost funds from a Binary Options scam. I paid them about $10,000 in fees (in chunks). I had to stop because they were asking for even more money!

I had no idea when they would stop and I was broke. So they never released the promised recovery funds. Below are a few sentences from an email string I received:

Once payment is conducted you will receive a receipt, please make sure to send a copy for proof of payment to verify payment transpired. You are due to receive full compensation for the amount of $110,000USD.

Dear, Mr. kuoppala   You may now register online at www.fidelityrecoup.com to have complete access to your Dashboard in which   you will be able to manipulate your funds to the best of your convenience Mr. kuoppala. So please remember   to register and process to log into your Dashboard in which funds have been transferred to.
