Originally I thought a prepaid visa card would be a solution for internet payments so I tried the service. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!  I have sent 2 letters via US postal service, 2 faxes, written 5 emails, and called the company 5 times in an effort to get them to close an account I had with them.

This company and its associates are a complete SCAM.

They just keep coming up with excuses of which hoops I need to jump through to close the account. First I had FEES to pay, so I sent the $20 close fee, BUT noooooooo then I have to fax (2x) a letter which I did. BUT noooooo then I had to write a letter (2x), which I did BUT nooooooo, then they said they couldn't accept a fax and I had to call them, which I did...

NOTHING FREAKING WORKS.  I can't get rid of them.

Then today I receive a NEW card...   Yesterday I filed a complaint with the Attorney General I am hoping that will help??

Save yourself the frustration of dealing with these FREAKS.

ITS THE ZOMBIE VISA CARD!

I was finally able to close this account after 4 months. I think I was only successful in getting the account closed because I wrote the FDIC and made a complaint.  They are very effective!   https://www2.fdic.gov/starsmail/index.asp
