Avoid Wisp Online / Wisp internet Services at all costs, they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, they will tell you anything to get you to go with them and then leave you high and dry.
They have:-Horrible installation (They really have no idea what they are doing. Won't show up for calls or show up late.)
-Horrible service (Goes in and out constantly and will go out for days and is not anywhere near what they claim when they sell you the service.)
-Horrible support (Won't answer calls, won't get back to you.)
With Wisp Online / Wisp internet Services they claim to have live support 7 days a week and 98% of the time you will get a voicemail box and they will never return your call and they will not show up at all to a service call or show up late.
They will also tell you about their 30 day money back guarantee after the fact.

I have had Bell as my internet provider, Dial up and the Stick. neither worked too well. also the same with Xplornet, I have also used my Iphone as my internet high speed,
But I find Wisp is the best of the lot, it is faster than the others I usually phone Rob who then gets in touch with Chris who phones me within five or ten minutes of the call.
The service is faster than any of the others at a fair price.
The people that wrote complaining before didn't give them a chance. they had start up problems the same as others before them. please give them a break. I have only been with them since November 2012 and so far no complaints. please give them a break people.
