 This company seems to think it is ok to lock you into a contract they don't have, they won't produce it when you ask why they feel they can keep your money, they talk over you when you ask for clarity like you're a child. They kept our deposite even when we tried to cancel within 24 hours of scheduling the pickup. The guy Scott, I assume, kept changing his story as to why they couldn't/wouldn't refund the ANY money. I see in other cases they refunded deposite up to the last $75 dollars. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he told me he was the onwer but I see on the website the owner is a Pam Wolfe. Maybe Scott is the owner and his name in the industry is so bad she wouldn't take his and he is using her as the front person. They will lie about non exsistent fees, premits and licenses in order to keep your money if you want to cancel. They wont be on time as scheduled and they will overcharge your credit card according to others. Apparently they are used to keeping people's money unjustly because they are well versed in winning credit card disputes I suppose. I shipped three cars in the last 9 months with two other companies, Auto Transit and another I can't remember right now and didn't have any problems. I needed to get something done quicker and didnt go back with them. BIG REGRETS now!
