Slamming of the fire door that is across from my room, shakes the floor and my bed. Impossible lest it being done intentionally with additional mechanisms to do that.

Opening the window at night on the fourth floor room as I predicted fools the sensitivity of the microphones and the overall gain of the amplifiers which are being used to re-broadcast such sounds into the room.

The sound of someone closing a car hood was deafening in my room, impossible.  Same with voices of people outside.  I could hear every word they said.

This proves two things:

1) That speakers are being used to repeat the sounds into the room.

2) That the microphones to do this are in the room itself.

These events are also being used at times to shake the floors.

These are criminal acts and devices.

Hydrogen Sulfide sewer gas enters the bathroom when the door is closed and ceiling vent fan is on. Why you do not want to have sewer gas (Hydrogen Sulfide) present in the walls of your hotels.

No response from either, nor for poisoned water and akin hotel problems from 09/2019

Both Bakersfield PD and Kern County Sheriff are complicit.  

Response from Kern County is wrong.

  Bakersfield PD deferred to Kern County Sheriff based on jurisdiction and Kern said I needed to talk to hotel staff.     Which I already did, seems a pass the buck problem being/proving Kern and BPD at fault since this was over last year for them.

The problems with solvent in the drinking water as found last Sep 2019 are related to this problem.
Same problem there given their non response.

Some photos from inside my room that show vandalism and other damage that would preclude my paying a deposit or the need for housekeeping to enter to "Clean" my room. Since they likely did it.

I count 23 black hairs installed/applied to the bathroom walls. Someone actually took the time to place over 23 black hairs onto the walls of this room's bathroom/shower area.

The shower itself has black axle grease smeared on the shower surround. Why?

The toilet is caked with black mold growing inside of it.

A cricket moved into the lamp fixture.

Free gum is conveniently located under the night stand adjacent to my bed.

Upholstery of the two chairs is damaged from some animal clawing at them.

The whole room smells of urine and akin to a barnyard.

Comments made on local police reports about the violent person and other problems to which Kern County said contact front desk, which I did already. Admits guilt on their part since this was discussed last September 2019:

I noticed a few items you'd want to be aware of that include:

Damage to the coverings on both chairs, likely from a pet.

Strong animal urine smell likely from residue from a pet.

I did provide a deposit so noting that now might be better since I'd not be blamed for them.

The AC unit slams real hard when it starts and may upset other guests for that problem.

The guest in Room 403 has a problem with violently smashing things onto the floor at night.

He also has a problem with smashing the microwave door shut as well as the stairwell exit door across from us.

Ongoing as of this moment July 26 2020 despite contacting the front desk about it.

There is a problem with the unit below me doing same thing and the behaviors of this person in 403 are bizzare.

A few more observations related to problems with the man in room 403.

Sunday evening July 5 2020 at around 5pm, he hits a home run and violently smashes shut the microwave door. It was deafening.

Monday evening July 6 2020 at around 530pm, he is violently kicking on the wall unit and/or countertop in the kitchen.

Pounding on the wall as I sit at my table.

Friday July 17 2020 at 300pm he kicks on the kitchen counter/table top as I sit there.

I could hear my drywall creaking/cracking. This person has too many problems.

He continues to smash things onto the floor at all hours of the day and night shaking the floor.

The noise from that alone is too loud.

Man in 403 does same thing again with the microwave just as I submit this first report to Bakersfield PD at 2:35pm July 26 2020

Now he does same thing pounding on the floor and wall unit were I sit to file the Kern County report.

This proves illegal network intrusion as I've witnessed since this was done to keep me from making the reports and just as I went to use their sites to do so.

I am now learning that this hotel is involved in what turned out to be a violent effort to harm me soon after I continued my travel from the Bakersfield CA area.

What I thought was an accident turns out to be (another) effort to have me ingest some form of poison.

The water at this location and at this hotel was at that time found to be contaminated with some kind of solvent.

That is a differing problem and was used as a "Red Herring" possibly as a cover and related to prediction.

I found the problem and reported it.

Others at the hotel now seem to have known of that and the harms to come as done to me later on.

It now seems given that I know more, and that the event to harm me did take place later, that these people offered prediction and various forms of vanity plays and drama on that.

They knew of the injuries that would take place.

Staff at the front desk espcially a female, made a "Fashion Statement" as well as other inappropriate statements verbally to me, and done so via her walking past me in a pair of short shorts wearing yellow sneakers.

It has something to do with legs and vanity. Likely color as well etc. Years prior to this I was attacked at a Sacramento CA hotel by another hostile guest who stalked and ambushed me in effect.

The staff at the Value Place/Woodspring Suites hotel was involved in that. Coffee and other food was tampered with in a Phoenix AZ location also. It was intentional.

In addition a Safeway delivery person who claimed to be from New Zealand made statements of the effect: "Get you a V belt on it" etc and he had damage to his legs. He said use yours. Again that was years prior and the hotel corporate body is at fault.

Guests who were next to me would leave at 5am and violently slam open and shut the fire door to the stairs leading to the parking lot as they ostensibly went to work each day. Done to wake all of us up and by that avoid the elevator. Why do it? Hi 5(V)? It seems he and another guest were asked to leave after we made complaints about the problems.

They look to have known about the water problems, seemed to be associated with work in the industrial filtering and irrigation or fracking businesses, and I saw the one person wheeling out all kinds of equipment and wearing a jersey that indicated as such.

He and my door slamming neighbor both left in the red truck driven by door slammer. It was a Red Dodge Ram Full Size King Cab (4 door) Long Bed 4WD pickup truck. Nevada Plate (((REDACTED))). Which means "Hi 5". Fill in the middle and split the difference.

I went outside to see them leave and based on his hugely arrogant and obnoxious behavior I made sure to know what vehicle he drove. Something is wrong.

August 2020 Update:

Returning to this hotel has me book into a differing room on the top floor, and nothing is fixed. Floor still shakes for no reason in response to audio events outside the room/hotel. Constant use/abuse of fire exit doors/stairs does the same thing.

Guest in adjacent room smashes on the floor violently shaking my floor, same for room below. This fits the same pattern and same template or architecture. Geometry. Adjacent guest smashes shut his microwave door at all hours of the day and night.

Air conditioner does not work right, makes loud slamming noise when it starts, and has parts vibrating and rubbing when on. Bathroom is adorned with dozens of pieces of black hair applied to the walls of the room. Furnishings are damaged and clawed from some pet being in room.

Urine smells from pet in floor and air con. Using the bathroom fan has it pull in sewer gas that must be present in the walls, a suffocation/explosion hazard. Nonsense.

I guess the problem for Stacey is that they really only have their own pollyanna agenda to support them, in that from past experience with this person, the only thing they do here is to reject complaints using their favorite method of doing that. That being? Imply the person is insane.

This person is "Human Spam" in effect. This is all they ever do. So why be here? Their response is canned.

Problems come from the fact that when a person finds a problem, telling others, and this is done to protect the public that includes "Stacey", really is a great idea. None of that makes me wrong.

And this can be a dialog, I don't mind that, and this site supports that in a reasonable fashion with moderation, so why not just ask some questions? Seems fair to me.

And to be fair to me, I mentioned that I've found other locations having this problem and confirmed that with people who work and do maintenance at the hotels, etc. So what did I miss?

I don't need the history or the precedent since this could be the first one I found. Even at that maybe just ask someone to explain what you don't or can't understand etc.

And beyond that why does this person bother at all? It won't help either way and only discredits "Stacey".

I've attached two photos from Google Maps Street View made June 2018 at another Woodspring Suites hotel location in another State in USA where I found same problems circa 2017. It does not need to be the same hotel chain since I've seen this with other companies, but in this case, what do you think is happening there now?

So my suggestion for Stacey is to do something else with their time, nobody cares what they want or think.

So in effect you offer that someone who is more intelligent and better trained than you are, when they locate some kind of device(s) that should not be there, that is designed to cause mental/physical harm to a person, that they (I) could easily design and install themselves, your offer is that this is not possible since you can't concieve of it and were not at that place at that time to witness it yourself? Is that correct? And by that since they (I) can locate, diagnose, repair, design, maintain, or otherwise prove it is there then there is something wrong with them/me? Absurd.

Ever see how a loudspeaker, microphone, karaoke machine, or public address system and amplifier is made? Not likely I'd gather. And we've found these in other locations, proven them to be there, but you can't read that. Since you prefer to offer ad hominem to attack those who report. Sorry, wrong site.
