DCA-ONL Charge my paypal account $139.95 CY, Internet

When I received a bill from this company, I tried to contact them several times.

When I reached them, they said I ordered their service. That's hard to do when I didn't even know who or what this company is.Was told that it was a Work At Home service.

I told  the person that I didn't order and they said I did!

I'm retired and don't want a job of any kind, I need all of my Social Security Check!!

Was told the money was not refundable, but they would sent me a check for $100.00 if I requested it.  I asked them to  cancel the service.

I told them I wanted all of the money,and the person I spoke to said that was not possible.

I agreed to the $100.00, now I wonder if that was a mistake. If they get $39.95 from everyone ,that is a real rip-off!

These kinds of business are scamming the elderly, and should be destroyed.
