Wynns Extended Care Warrenty Not honoring warranty. Miami, Florida

I bought a 2004 Saturn Vue 4 months ago. Purchase date is 10/31/2009.  When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased the Wynns Extended Warranty. On 02/23/2010 I started noticing noises with the transmission.  I took it to my Mechanic who excepts Wynns.  He said the transmission was shot and that Saturn sent out bullentins on 2003-2005 Saturn Vue VTI transmissions saying they needed to be replaced.  My mechanic called Wynns who had it towed to Amco.  Several days went by and I heard nothing back. My mechanic called Amco who said they were waiting on a inspector before they could repair my vehicle.  The next day Amco towed it back to my Mechanic and told him that Wynns would not repair it because it was covered under Saturn. The warranty with Saturn was 100,000 miles. Mine was at 100,260. 

Saturn said they would make a exception since I just purchased the vehicle.  I called Wynns who said Saturn would pay half the cost and they (Wynns) would pay the other half if it was covered under my Warranty with them.  The transmission is covered.  Saturn called to say Wynns is now wanting a service done that is not covered.  Saturn also stated that Wynns was hard to work with.  Now Saturn is refusing to repair the vehicle since Wynns will not work with them.  I just want my Warranty with Wynns to be honored and all I was supposed to pay was the $100 deductible with Wynns.  I have talked to many people and fought tooth and nail to have these issues taken care of.  The last talk I had with Wynns and Saturn was that if I got the vehicle to Saturn it would be repaired minus the $100 deductible.  Now Wynns is not sticking to that.
