XOOM Hearing Audien Hearing Took my money and after telling me it would be several weeks would not refund or answer email or phone calls. FRAUD Arizona

This company took my money on the same day I ordered.  A few days later they told me it would be several weeks to ship because of the pandemic.  I requested a refund on several occoasions but they failed to refund and failed to respond to several attempts vie 2 different email account and 2 different phone numbers. 

They sent a generic email with a customer service phone number.  I called several times and always got the same thing,  hold for the next available person then after a 15 minute hold, they hang up.  This is wire fraud.
