For over 90 days, I have been waiting for a replacement projection headlamp to arrive from Xtreme Motorcars. The contact person email  jezzsb@aol.com and name "Jeffery Willimas" have traded over 74 messages between Oct 2019 and Apr 2020. regarding the Xtreme 986 / 996 Black LED DRL Headlights for my 2002 Purchase Boxster, each email said the same thing headlamps shipment is held up by customs.

Their avoidance continued, and after the report of the COVID 19, pandemic outbreak Xtreme Motorcars started to use it to lead me on first by saying the item was held up in customs and then jumped at the opportunity to use the pandemic to their advantage.

While all along, Xtreme was waiting for the 90 eBay contact window to expire and, after the 90 days, were up,  Xtreme Motorcars blocked my eBay account.

I was no longer able to contact Xtreme Motorcars about the warranty.

Xtreme is now using the COVID 19 as an excuse for not shipping or honoring warranties.

I have contacted eBay and relayed my concerns by speaking with eBay representative "Marlon M." ebphardcopymail@ebay.com  reference case SR# 1-254430605916 he has not been much help stating the I should keep trying to contact the seller.

I paid over $1100.00 for the no functional Xtreme Motorcar projection headlamps, which rendered my vehicle unsafe to drive on public roads or highways.

This was resolved

AUTHOR: Jeffrey - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 22, 2023

This customer got his 2nd warranty headlight from us years ago.

We had some other warranty claims during covid, all other customers

were understanding and patient. This is the only customer that

was convinced we were lying and badmouthed us all across the internet.

This is resolved now.
