The Yardman Lawn Tractor (2010) model 13AM772S055, has a flawed Blade Engagement PTO system.  Very shaky and Oscillates.  This tractor is around 6 months old.  The PTO cable finally broke.  Yardman blames me, and says I caused it.  I engaged it, it bound up and snapped.

Not sure if they will cover it.  They have had it going on 3 weeks.  I would suggest buying more higher end unit, than the run of the mill riders.  They just don't have the quality of parts and design.

thanks

I have seen a trend in Cust Service.  It smacks of an adversarial approach, instead of a desire to have restitution.  With restitution, everyone wins.

There is not a large number of people standing in line to buy higher priced, (1 to 3k) and up units.

With people being alienated, where are the next customers coming from?  I will be hesitant to buy anything in the future.  Just check around and find something to get by.  Who needs to be beaten up by Cust Service.  It is no longer true that the Customer is right.  Just ask Cust Service.
