I made a purchase of $26.23 USD from Ysweets.com on May 17,2023.  This was the response we received from them:

We have ring camera  and verified that this package was never received.  I repeatedly requested the tracking number for the US Carrier that would have delivered this package (USPS, UPS, FEDEX,Ect.) Ysweets.com refused to give me a legitimate tracking number for this package.

Ysweets.com response:

Sorry, after reading your answer carefully, I still can't understand what you mean.
In order to solve the problem for you as soon as possible, I hope to get your accurate answer. Will you sign for the second package? Please let us know your idea.
If you accept, please let me know and we will arrange a refund for you as soon as possible.

I demanded that Ysweets.com issue me a refund multiple times over the past two weeks.

 

They responded:

 

 

 

The address we ship your order to is based on the address in your payment information. If your order cannot be delivered to you, it may be because the address in your payment information is different from your physical address, or the address you entered is not detailed enough.

The logistics consultation website I sent you is a world-renowned website. You can see from the logistics information provided on this website that your order has been delivered successfully. Now you are reporting that the package has been lost and you are requesting claiming compensation, but we cannot claim compensation from the courier for the package that has been signed for.

We can only provide you with a partial refund at this time, although this is not our responsibility and we have incurred significant losses as a result.

I'm sorry this happened, after checking with the courier we can confirm that your order has been successfully delivered. If you still cannot find your package, it is likely that your package has been lost. We are very sorry for this. We are willing to arrange a 50% refund for you as compensation.

Please understand that we have suffered significant losses.

Please let us know your opinion.

 

At this point It's now the 6-24-2023 and I still have yet to receive our package from Ysweets.com.

I'm still demanding a refund.

Ysweets.com  is a SCAM. I'll be reporting them to every SCAM consumer protection website that I can find online. Feel free to ask any questions if anyone has any dealings with this company.  I'd be glad to share my experience.  I will update if this package is received in the future.

THEY ONLY CREDIT ME A PORTION OF THE AMOUNT OWED?!

After constant back and forth emails threatening to report ysweets.com to the authorities they finally credited only $5.90 and then another $1.31. It was sent from a company called "PPPLIFEHOTSALEV COM HONG KONG HK". 

 

Ysweets.com has a London address on thier website as their headquarters?! They still owe me around $19.02 so I'll keep going back and forth with them until they pay me. Please beware of these Scammers!

Below is another stall tactic from these Ysweets.com SCAMMERS:

The refund of your order is gonna be applied today.
According to statistics from bank, refunds usually take 15 to 25 working days, depending on the processing speed of the cardholder's issuing bank. Due to the uncontrollable time when the refund arrives, please don't worring, your refund is arranged.
If you have any concern, you can contact us at any time and we will update the refund status for you.
Please kindly notice that,
·CHARGEBACK will typically take several months (traditional refunds just take days).
·If the CHARGEBACK is disputed and win by merchant, the cardholder may be penalized, or their account may even be closed.
·Cardholders who chargeback too often may not get the help they need in cases of legitimate fraud.
·A bank account closed due to chargeback abuse may negatively impact the cardholder’s credit score.

I demanded that ysweets.com issue a refund immediately because I have yet to receive the package that they claim was mailed out already over 1 month ago.

Due to the loss of the product you purchased

in order to sole the problem for you as soon as possibe, I hope to get your accurate answer. Can you accept 50% refund back as compensation? Compensation for refunds will be credited to your (original payment method)

It appears that they have a knock off replica of the website called temu.com. The products that I offered were identical to the ones on thier site.
