Zirmed Inc False promises resulting in high billing Louisville Kentucky

My company was in search of an insurance verification portal some months ago. I was clear with the sales personell at Zirmed about what we needed and were interested in.

They set up an account, with a monthly billing set up at a PROJECTED rate, and not billed against an actual rate of usage.

They also convinced me to proceed with set up before i was able to have them confirm that in fact they could not provide the service which originally led me to contact them.

I have now paid for 4 months at $1200 per month, and have used their service maybe 20 times. I should have paid about $18 for the actual usage.

I would like to warn other businesses to seek out insurance verification from more reliable sources. There are competitors who will offer a much better deal, and will operate with transparency.
