I sent two card to JSA for a signature authentication .(Payton Manning and Cal Ripken Jr)

I sent the mail with priority mail +trucking number +insurance .

They received the mail November 22 ,2013.(proved by the tracking number)

After two months I still did not received my cards back.

Than I called them two times and they said no any record  about my cards ,both times they primesed me   they will call me back the next day.But they never did.

I need some help because it's seems like they just ignoring me and the whole situation.
