My name is Bruce York, I am Tanya Yorks brother.

I don't know why she is not locked up in prison.

Tanya York is the most cold and heartless person I have ever known, even though we both grew up together, and both have the same parents. 

Tanya had our mother sign over her house in Laguna Niguel, California in her name, with the promise of paying half the mortgate to help out. Shen then had her drug adduct son, burn the house on fire, collected generously by the insurers', then sold the newly renovated house for more than it was ever worth. Giving absolutely none of the profit or equity to our mother, leaving her homeless and destitute, for over ten years, suffering from chronic illnesses up until our mom's death a few months ago.

My sister Tanya York had me out of the way, a couple years earlier by informing to the immigration dept that I was in the USA illegally, which I was. So I was deported back to Jamaica where I was born. Even though I commited no crime. Although she paid for an arranged marriage to one of her friends to stay in the United States permanantly.

When we were teenagers in Orange County, California, Tanya took acting classes and got her kicks, by calling the police and telling them I was beating her up, making me spend many nights in jail, alienating me from my parents as they believed her story. Although I was never convicted or charged. Tanya would then laugh about it the next day. She is truly EVIL.

For years my mother and step father told me of Tanya soliciting rich investors to produce her movies, after which she claimed to make no profit, yet the movie's are being distributed on a large scale by her company all over Asia and in the third world countries.

Tanya started out as an 'EXTRA', in the film industry, and within months, she claimed to be a successful Hollywood movie producer, soliciting investors, and leaving them stranded, no one has ever worked with her twice.

Tanya has lost two homes and many luxury vehicles in the last ten years. She now works for a company that does permanent makeup and lives in a one bedroom apartment that she rents. She is a Con-Artist.

I still live in Jamaica with my wife and kids. Although I now have my visitors visa to travel to the United States, Tanya has told a certain family member, that if I ever return permanantly, she will make sure I am locked up and deported again, and I believe she will.

There is a cold place in Hell waiting for Tanya York, so I will leave her in God's hands.

I, too, was cheated by York.  I was a first time film maker and they took on my title Diamon Ice'd.  They refused to offer any accounts, even when I showed them proof that they had sold my title to Hilton.  I asked for my share and they refused to send any accounts, saying they had trouble writing the address on an envelope.  We were the film makers and spent hundreds of hours and thousnds of punds making the film, but they ripped us off.  I am in the process of putting together a case as my company expands into America.  Avoid these scam artists, they are leeches feeding of real film makers and the sooner they are exposed and forced out of the film world the better.

York entertainment is nothing but a big scam. A bunch of cheats and professional con artists. How do i know this? I am victim. There is also a man named Joe Guinan who has all the dirt on Tonja York, and he has told that dirt to me. But let's just be real about this. My film CODE BLACK has been with York for almost five years. GOOGLE CODE BLACK and you will see it is avail;able all over the world. yet, this flim flam organization continues to insist after the deduct their yearly fee, I have made zero profit from my film. really? A film that is on netflix? And Blockbuster? And every freaking video retailer known to man? The biggest indication of the fraudulent activity is the fact that they have refused to send me quarterly reports for either of the films I sold them. that is a violation of the law, my contract and ethical practice. Ms. York always acts like the "oblivious, benign" friend who says she'll help you, but is too busy spending the money she made from your film to give a crap. York may think i have finished with them, but more legal action is on the way. I am not some unknown hack with some garbage movie shot on a camcorder. My next film is about to blow up, and with the funds from that film i intend to acquire the best legal help in the world and assemble other scammed filmmakers into a nice little class action law suit and shut them down. Now, there's a script for a movie!

I believe the author's story 100%. The author obviously did what everybody does on the Internet: use an alias name. While I have never personally done business with York I have sure heard about York. Back in 2004 I was told by a distributor that used York that the owner of York is essentially a thief and that York owed them a lot of money. I've seen several postings in forums about York not paying in full (just use Google). I once told another distributor that I was avoiding a few certain distributors that I didn't trust. I didn't even have to mention the name. He said "You mean York?" God Bless.

Being that our producers are our most valued asset, which we communicate to them quite often as we update them on our strategies for upcoming film markets, it's shocking that you'd choose to direct your personal inadequacies towards us in this format. Had you been one of our producers you would already know this information, but we know all our producers and we've never worked with a "John Robertson".

If this unfounded tirade is a retaliation for us not choosing to distribute your film, then we're praying for you and that we one day receive a film submission from you that will be of the quality to be considered as an addition to our family of producers. God Bless.
