Buyer beware...do not let markevansdm get your credit card number!!

I ordered a website and was charged one payment of 498.50 with a second and final payment of 498.50 after 30 days.  Instead, I was charged 3 times in 30 days for a total of 1495.50.  The website is still not working properly.

Markevansdm said they would immediately refund the charges except they have no record of ever receiving the last two charges.  Instead, they said they were aware of my being doubled charged for another 49.00 program.  Which never made it to my credit card.

I had requested a refund prior to 30 days, because of double charges and non working website and have emails from them saying they would credit me, but now they do not answer phone calls or emails from me, or their famous support tickets.
