I will admit, I am the person who started this whole thing with them.  I am very proud of it too.  Me, I sign my posts.  I just sent more information to the sheriff's office.  To date, I, Linda Richter and Ellen Webb have gone after MARKETING BY HEIDI with a vengence. 
Posting here is just a start.  See if you can follow up by reporting them to spoof@craigslist.com because that is where they go fishing for their new victims. 

Ellen and I worked for about 8 weeks each....maybe more.  The same story, the reps had not paid her, she was waiting to get money from them.  I am putting my email address on here for those of you who want to add your names to ours and go after these people. 

Mind you, they have not stopped.  Now they have an 800 number.  They sent a false bank statement to Ellen saying they paid her on some 'auto pay"  and that she should remove her posts.  Funny, they did not have her banking info...so how did that go through??? They never did.  They sent me emails that I would get paid....I NEVER DID. 

I have copied all employees whose names appeared on an email at the time I was working there.  That is how Ellen and I joined forces to fight this together.  The last emails from Joseph Mills to Ellen were nasty and arrogant.  In them they told her that I had bad leads (where have we all heard that before???maybe when payment for services rendered was request) They told her the same thing about her leads. 

They lie, cheat, steal and take advantage of people who are trying to make a living in this difficult economy.  To those of you I have not been able to copy because I dont have your information, I want you to know that a chief officer of EPS90 answered my emails at around midnight stating that Heidi Mills was paid in full.  Anyone who wants a copy, just email me.  I would be glad to send it on to you. 

Go after them with all you have.  Report them to your local media, sheriff's office, precinct and State representative.  That is my next stop.  I was requested to bring all I have to his office when I emailed him about this. 

I think you guys are right.  Must be "someone" involved in the scam writing the glorious post that they are too chicken to put their name on praising Marketing By Heidi, LLC.  Anyone I spoke to said they got ripped off.  I hope they lost the EPS90 account.  If you worked for one of their other clients, please notify them as well.  I know they were calling for an alarm company, some radiation guard to protect from rays from the computer and cell phone and, good ol' EPS90. 

WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??? for that matter, why have charges not been levied against them???  Wake up Sheriff's Office you have internet scammers in your backyard and they do not limit themselves to Ohio.

One of the scammers who set up this company, I am one of the ex empoyees who is owed quite a few hours also, will be reporting you ,EPS and others for internet fraud and hiring telemarketer and not paying them.  what you sow you'll reap, so enjoy ripping people off now, it will come back to bite you on your butts

 This company ripped me off too.  they kept saying that EPS agents weren't paying them and kept putting me off.  To date I have not seen a dime.  Word to the wise, investigate these people before you start working for them, they have no concience

Maybe you Are Heidi or Joe posting a phoney article, and how would you like to get ripped off working all hours of the night until your eyes sting working for these two scam artists using innocent people all over the US to make appts for them for EPS and ADT and other companies and profit from getting appts and sales for these scam artists who are also on ripoffreport.com.  We will fix all of you crooks.  Maybe you are Misty, the one who hires the people to make the calls and then cut them off when it come time to get paid.  Don't worry, the govt will catch up to all of you when we get done with you.
