Paul Ngalle – Scam Warning

Paul Ngalle sold me a car, and was deceptive about the fact that the car had a $1,200 lien on the title. Unfortunately this leaves me with a car that cannot be titled or driven. After multiple texts and phone calls Paul Ngalle refuses to fix the situation.

Once I discovered that a lien was held on the vehicle at TitleMax in Hiram, I asked Paul to take care of this.  Unfortunately, he chose to attack me rather than admitting his wrong.  He even went, as far as to claim he had an attorney representing him, that did not.

After multiple exchanges via text message, Paul confirmed that the situation would be resolved by Saturday, Feb 6th.  This never happened.  I spoke with multiple people at TitleMax who confirmed that Paul Ngalle never even reached out to them.  He continues to claim he is “investigating” the situation, when the matter is quite simple. He has not repaid his debts to TitleMax.

I see that Paul is involved in a startup called "TreeCabin" that serves students and I would encourage everyone to use caution when dealing with Paul at TreeCabin.  While his personal business is not directly related to TreeCabin, his integrity is.

Hopefully no one else will fall victim to his ways...looks like this is going to cost me close to $5,000 by the time I get done with attorneys.

I came across this Paul Ngalle after seeing an article about his bussiness Tree Cabin.  I am always weary of these "start ups" and am glad to see someone already realized his scams.
