They are knowingly selling Warranties through a Company called Genuine Warranty Solutions in Las Vegas which is run by the former owner of Exotic Warranty which was shutdown In the State of Florida for Illegal Business practices
Beware of Genuine Warranty Solutions. This company is run by the same person that was the CEO of The Exotic Warranty Company. Please refer to their report on this service. Although the previous CEO is not the primary, he is still listed as an officer of the company.
In fact, they are using the same promotional tools, including web look. In general, the state of Florida shut him down once for illegal business practices so why not go to a different state and do it all over.
Do not fall for it because in the end, you will be paying a lot of money for nothing. Refer to the letter from an Exotic Warranty consumer, who in his loan, will still be paying for the $6,000 that he paid for the warranty, but will never have any repairs covered nor see the return of any of those funds.
An automobile was purchased from an automobile dealership under the condition that we could not get an extended warranty. We were by the dealer that Exotic Warranty Company could write policies in California and would cover the car, after it was inspected by an ASE certified shop.
The warranty was sold as part of the purchase price of the automobile and appears on the invoice. It covered an additional 80,000 miles and was sold for almost $6,000. The inspection was completed and the warranty validated within a couple weeks; all was acknowledged via emails with Exotic Warranty.
A number of months later, the automobile was taken in for servicing. Upon having a number of repairs suggested for the vehicle, the local dealership called for authorization and told us that this extended warranty was not valid and that the company was shut down on 4-12-2006 by the State of Florida and placed into receivership. All contracts were cancelled by the Court at that date.
It appears that this Florida-based Company was selling extended warranties through numerous automobile dealerships across the country as well as directly online illegally since 2003.

If the "Wayne" posting here is really the owner, I'd be a bit leery of dealing with this company
AUTHOR: Steve - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Friday, December 30, 2011
OK, so I have no idea if any of the posts on this thread are by competitors and/or employees of this company, but if the flames from the "owner" are really from him, there is no way I would trust the company; "scumbag," "you don't have the balls," "I'll sue you for your Pinto," etc. are in no way appropriate for the owner of a business, even if directed at someone who is posting libelous stuff (I have no idea if the accusations *are* libelous, of course).
Since everyone here is anonymous, of course, there is no way to tell who is who, so I take everything here with a grain of salt anyway.

Congratulations on your seeing through the craziness here. I have personally known Wayne C. for 21 years and is his best friend. If there is anyone here on this whole string of nonsense that is a Felon, it is ME - I had a felony DUI in 1992 here in AZ.
Before making a consumer complaint, one must get all the facts straight before bashing ANYONE. Anyone that purchased an extended service contract for $6,000 should be ashamed of themselves as there are many companies on the internet where they would have saved thousands on that pricing. You are obviously computer illiterate and a very bad consumer (I'd hate to see your grocery bills).
Wayne is correct in the fact that they send out the contract and exclusions to the consumer BEFORE they make a purchase giving them FULL DISCLOSURE on what is covered and what is not. W4W's goes 1 step further and gives a FULL REFUND of the purchase price if you do not make a claim on the covered vehicle for contracts 3 yrs and longer. NO ONE ELSE OFFERS that!!!!!!!!! So, if you are dumb enough to spend $6,000 for an agreement and don't use it - you get it all back.
As for the person that thinks an extended parts & labor contract for a used vehicle is a waste of time, he/she should purchase one from W4W and if it is never used throughout the term of the agreement, will get a full refund to be able to have the "Warm Fuzzy Feeling" just in case it is needed for a major repair while owning that vehicle........

I am a consumer trying to buy an extended warranty, and this site is a waste of time in order to make an informed decision. You got the owner screaming, you got consumers bad mouthing, which could be a competitor. Who the hell knows. This site should be a 3rd party investigator and investigate each consumer complain to see if its legitimate. Get the contract # and call a few people. Then let the rest of us know if the company who sold the product did indeed mislead or not.

I am a consumer who had helped a good friend in the past buy a warranty for his Harley through this company and it is clear that the pissed off consumer is indeed stating false claims.
I do all of my friends financial dealings for him and when his original extended warranty ran out I foind him several options. I worked directly with Sue from W4W and had great service, prompt replies and have never had a problem with them.
If this so called pissed off consumer truly had any proof of ties to W4W to the Exotic whatever company he would have produced it. Since he has yet to do so then I call BULLSH** on any and all claims
Anyone that is idiot enough to pay 6 grand for a warranty is just that, an idiot. I had an extended warranty on a car once for an extra 100,000 miles or 3 years whichever came first and I paid less then a grand for it.

CZMR is a former car dealer who wrote for Exotic and owes his customers tens of thousands of dollars on warranties that he never submitted. This is why he is making such a ruckus about this. He is trying to save his own a*s and avoid prosecution! He is wanted in 3 states for Grand Larceny.
http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/ His real name is Casey Adonit and he was convicted of a class 3 sexual misconduct offense in Chicago, IL in 2004. Genuine Warranty is not Exotic, never was, and Warranties4wheels is clean as a whistle as well. Check the BBB on both down below and do not listen to a convicted pedophile!
You see folks, when you make a legitimate claim somewhere, you are held accountable, not like here in cyberspace. Read up on all the good things the BBB has to say on these 2 companies!!

We have been in business for years, and ask people and dealers from all around the country and our main location, Arizona to tout our virtues anywhere they can for us. Forums, Blogs, other web sites, what ever! We are not the big slaughter house boiler room Warranty places in St.Louis and else where around the country with more money than sense, to spend on Google and Overture ads!
We offer a referral fee to folks who send folks our way that buy a service contract. Since I send the contract out to folks before they buy, and give 100 percent of the facts to make 100 percent of a decision, we get people trying to screw with my company. Competititors hate me because they cannot lie and screw the general public with what I do. They want me gone!!
If offering a referral fee to satisfied customers to refer friends or relatives to us is a crime, then guilty as charged. We are http://www.warranties4wheels.com, Thank you! Give us the opportunity to prove our selves to you and not be swayed by deceptive postings!!

It sure looks like this company has its employees pretend to be consumers and post good things about its warranty products on dozens of websites. Of course I can't say for certain, but it doesn't look good.
They got busted on this car forum, links to many other places where they appear to have done the same thing for years unchecked (((ROR REDACTED)))

Well, Carcrazed, that 'about' 50 problems per 100 3-yr-old vehicles does not apply to
AUTHOR: Friendly Help - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, March 04, 2008
Honda & Toyota. Honda & Toyota vehicles have about 25 problems per 100 3-yr-old Honda & Toyota cars.
The actual spread was '40 to 60' per 100 3-yr-old vehicle and this range of problems applied to VW, GM, Chrysler, Hyundai, Ford, and Nissan. Ford is now showing much better reliability than GM & Chrysler. VW isn't so good.
Of course, many of these problems noted by CR are minor in cost while many other problems would not be covered by an extended warranty anyway. Most extended warranties apply only to 'lubricated' components such as engines, transmissions, transaxles and/or differentials and so forth. The 'big fear' items that usually do not fail... and if they DO fail, it is probably going to be judged the owner's fault.
You buy an 'extended warranty' for that warm feeling it gives you....

Why don't you get your facts straight -- Starting with the Fact that Warranties4Wheels are BROKERS. If your beef was truly against Exotic or what you think is now Genuine, Why are you going after the Broker as if it was their NAME on the contract??? I understand that Warranties4Wheels are my BROKER and not the Obligator of my contracts - Why cant you let the consumer make an informed decision for themselves?
Also, I found this helpful bit of info on Consumer Reports
According to ConsumerReports.org, the average three year old car has 55 problems per 100 vehicles. That's not very surprising to anyone who has ever owned a car.

Consumer Reports April 2008 Issue discusses extended auto repair "warranties"...
AUTHOR: Friendly Help - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, March 01, 2008
First, CR points out that these so-called extended auto repair "warranties" are NEITHER defined as "insurance" in most states NOR are they "warranties" as defined by federal law. They are actually "prepaid repair contracts".
Per CR: 65% of the people who bought these contracts spent CONSIDERABLY MORE for the contract than they ever got back in paid-for repairs.
Per CR: 50% sales commissions on these "prepaid repair contracts" are NOT unusual!
Per CR: "Stephanie Marquis, a spokeswoman for the Washington State Insurance Commissioner's Office , says if there is a state-licensed insurance company or lesser-regulated risk-retention group behind the plan, "only $300 actually goes to the insurance company" in her state."
Read the entire CR story!
My view is simpler: If I think a vehicle really needs an extended prepaid repair contract, I simply DO NOT buy that vehicle.
A new vehicle comes with a manufacturer's warranty. That should be all you need.

I have read some items recently on this company and wanted to share my experience. After doing extensive research, I narrowed my choice to a few carriers. The other company, Continental Warranty, slammed me on the phone demanding money to send me out the contract. They gave me some garbage about 30 free look, but if they did that, why not email it right away like W4W did. All I know is that they helped me out and I think they could help you as well.

It was with good reason the State of Florida shut these crooks down.

I do not know who this person is hiding behind just initials and not having all the issues straight and besmirching my company. We do not not sell Warranties through dealers as they claim, we offer them direct to the general public only.
Read what the consumer complaining says:
" The warranty was sold as part of the purchase price of the automobile and appears on the invoice. It covered an additional 80,000 miles and was sold for almost $6,000. The inspection was completed and the warranty validated within a couple weeks; all was acknowledged via emails with Exotic Warranty.
