I know at least 10 people who left the company and were not paid the commissions owed to them after they departed. Which is against labor laws in most states.
Get a good attorney and prepared to wait about 3 years for PSP to drag out the legal process and run up the bills.
Then, just before it goes to court, they will try to settle for pennies on the dollar. They will threaten that if you do not accept their offer, take them to court, and loose.... they will make you pay for all of their legal fees.
Once you do settle (Don't do so for a penny less than what you are owed) they will only agree if you sign a gag order so you can't talk about it afterwards.
This is the most unethical company I have ever encountered. It is a shame that they have been making so much money over the years selling worthless advertising in their Sport Team's Yearbooks.
A full page advertisment in their Yearbooks ~$20,000, and most teams sell under 1,000 of them for the season, costing the advertiser over $20 an impression.
