Adsense boy is not abiding by the warranty as described on their website. According to the website www.submit-trackback.com which is where I ordered the nonworking software from, I am able to get a refund within 7 days of ordering the product. This is the text taken from thier website word for word 'there comes the 7 day money back guarantee. Just ask for a refund and you will receive 100% refund immediately'
I requested a refund and they refused to provide I then contacted the company that handles their merchant account which is www.plimus.com
Below is my history with the vendor at www.submit-trackback.com
Meanwhile Plimus.com refuses to offer a refund or to force the vendor to offer a refund.

STAY AWAY.. BAD NEWS!
Uses Paypal as well cause he knows they dont get involved in digital products. Adsenseboy is not in USA so does not care.
His software is SPAM blogging and comment software and will get you banned for LIFE with google as well.
Lots of negative feedback on this guy, He is a total scammer....

I'm an employee of AdSenseBoy and want to provide more information regarding this case. I checked all communication logs, email messages and support desk tickets to make sure information will be valid.
According to support desk logs, customer was not able to setup MySQL database correctly by following very simple instructions (also there are text and video tutorials available on cPanel website how to create MySQL database), so customer has submitted support ticket telling that software does not work and claiming it's a bug. Support team has performed full installation and configuration (because user was not able to perform even very simple steps like entering MySQL password).
Everything was OK - support team has provided some tips and suggestions how to get the best results using software, but customer decided he is smarter than software developer (and knows more how software works), so he applied his own settings and then submitted support request again telling that software does not work correctly. Support team has applied correct settings once again, but user was still complaining for unknown reasons.
Finally, I checked user logs today (software has integrated callback feature to check if user still uses software) and I see software is still being used. So there is no need to fill out reports with false information in this case.
