Today I spoke with Ryan Sjoblad, Public Relations person of Fair Isaacs, the parent company of Myfico.com
He was very polite, very professional, saying he understood the situation, that he was aware of the consumer complaints and that Myfico was examining their business relationship with NWI Homeworks Plus. He also stated that he would do anything in his power to correct my situation as soon as possible, so I could get my money back.
I stated to him that The biggest asset Fair Issacs, and for that matter, Suze Orman, is their stellar reputation and the trust in the public eye. And to have Myfico.com associated with the dark side of the Internet is, no questions about it, a public relations fiasco.
I suggested that until they terminate their relationship with NWI Homeworks Plus, they should make it very clear in their website if people are purchasing other products or services. If not this, then they should make it clear to people before they give credit card information that it may be shared with other vendors.
I have faith that Myfico and Suze Orman will do the right thing and make good.

Well, finally got my money back in my account. But not thanks to calling the Customer service dept. of MWI Homeworks Plus.
I would like to thank Ryan Sjoblad from Myfico.com for his courteous professional demeanor in trying to solve this problem. I definitely have a better impression of Fair Issacs now. However, Can't say the same of the Suze Orman people. Her agent gets a "F"-- she did not even pretend to care about the situation.
