US-Pharm.com is a complee ripoff Internet Only

US-Pharm.com is a complete ripoff. They took my money via a credit card transaction and promised that I would receive my shipment in two to three weeks. The order was supposedly shipped two days after placing the order. However, I waited over a month and it never came.

When I called to complain, they tried to push me to receive another shipment of a medication I no longer needed, when that ploy failed, they referred me to a supervisor. She also tried to push anything but a cancellation of the order. She then said only the billing department could refund money, this would take AT LEAST 15 days, and that a refund could not be promised. Thus, they essentially told me I would have to wait indefinitely for the POSSIBILTY of a refund for a product I never received. Further, they refused to provide a tracking number for the delivery, saying it had somehow mysteriously been "lost."

US-Pharm.com is a sham & ripoff. Don't let them take your money like they took mine.
