Rosland Gold Doesn't Deliver!

I heard Rosland Gold Group on the CNBC radio and television show. I called their office, and ended up buying gold to be shipped to my home. Why does this have to happen to me and my $25K savings? They told me it would take a few weeks.

After a few weeks and no gold, I started calling them to find out where my shipment was. I called many times but my rep wouldn't call me back, so I got concerned and decided I wanted to cancel. I even called to speak to Marin Aleksov and he told me to stop acting like a baby and learn how to wait like a man! His accent is very strong and when I asked if he supported illegal immigration he said he did! WOW!

Since no one would call me, I looked for more information on their website. Here's another kicker - the refund policy on their website says the only way you can get a refund is if the coins they ship you end up being counterfeit. Well, I'm still waiting for mine!

I was so upset I called the CNBC to complain, and it turns out Rosland has paid to keep this bad press out of the news. This made me even more worried that I had been ripped off.

So I called some other gold companies about this gold thing, and they told me they're not having any problems getting gold, so I feel like Rosland Gold is lying about my gold and just took my money.

Then I drove over to their address in Santa Monica which is just a front no one from Rosland Capital is even there. 429 Santa Monica Boulevard Suite 450

The name of this company should be Snake's Gold! I would recommend anyone to steer clear of doing business with this company. They might look good on paper, or sound good on the radio, but bottom line is they don't perform, and they sure as hell don't deliver. My next step is to take legal action and tell Marin to stop cheating me!

Rosland Gold issue

AUTHOR: Bob - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, February 25, 2010

Mr. Kent Rasten
VP - Finance/Operation
Rosland Capital LLC...

In regard to the alleged S.smith22222, get use to flame-mail, its been around since the early 1990's, just like you probably have, unless you were a baby in the early '90's?
In these tough economic times, people are trying to liquify their financial assets to hopefully maintain their personal wealth through a precious metals vehicle rather than paper money (fiat money), I assume you understand this. I had dealings with Monex, in short, half my precious metals ended up at my neighbor's house (unbeknownst to me) and the other half I had to contact the precious metals depository MYSELF and get them to ship my metal to my home, Monex did nothing other than take my money and would NEVER return my calls, ever. Also, they held on to my money way longer than they said they would and dragged their feet getting me my metal; I had invested only a few thousand dollars... S.smith22222 allegedly invested $25,000 but his email NEVER says he finally got his metals... I'd think if I had purchased $25K worth of metal and never got the actual metal, I'd either sue the investment company or I'd have someone's a** on a platter. Company's like Monex and Rosland have men/women who sell precious metal commodities, they are probably paid according to how much they sell each day which creates a lot of pressure on these people, they are like sharks, they keep moving onto the next sale, past sales are of no concern to them, so returning phone calls to past sales clients is of little concern to them, and if the rest of the "machine" at Rosland drags its feet getting the metals rightfully due the purchaser, and a delay of even a week in these economic times, can be very scary to the consumer, it can cause heart failure. So have a heart Mr. Rasten, we're all trying to get through this life the best we can and when banks are failing all over the place, buying precious metals from a company that requires you send them a written check, then the company cashes that check instantly but then says it takes weeks for the check to "clear" and only then places the order for the metal days/weeks later and then the buyer has to wait even more weeks, it takes more mental stamina for the consumer to endure the fear (that they may never get their metal) than you are evidently aware of or concerned about.

In my case I was promised my metals within two to three weeks... it took over two months for me to get my metals and even then, I had to track them down myself to actually take possession of them. And the guy who sold them to me (at Monex) still calls me to this day looking for me to buy more metal and as soon as the word "no" comes off my lips, he hangs up on me without even being courteous and saying "okay, thanks. bye."

So my advice to you about this situation is see if for what it is, flame-email, and get over it.

Bob

Rebuttal from Rosland Capital LLC

AUTHOR: Vp Finance/operation Kent Rasten - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 10, 2009

RoslandRosland Capital and its CEO, Marin Aleksov, are known in the industry and by their customers for their integrity and high business standards.

The outrageous and wholly fabricated complaint against Rosland and Marin Aleksov posted on this website on 6/27/09 by someone alleged to be S.smith22222 is false and intentionally defamatory. Anyone calling themselves S.smith22222 is not known to have ever been a customer of Rosland and none of the actions or omissions attributed to Rosland or Marin Aleksov in the website posting actually occurred they are all obvious fabrications maliciously intended to damage Rosland and Marin Aleksov and their stellar business reputation. S.smith22222 has not produced any evidence of ever purchasing any gold from Rosland or having any contact with Rosland because the website posting is completely false.

A few notable errors in the posting: (1) Rosland Capital LLC is the company's name, not Rosland Gold Group, (2) Rosland's stated delivery policy is within ten (10) days not weeks as falsely reported and Rosland has always delivered on time, (3) S.smith never purchased gold from Rosland, (4) S.smith has no rep at Rosland and all reps at Rosland promptly return phone calls, (5) S.smith never called Marin Aleksov and all statements attributed by S.smith to Mr. Aleksov are entirely false, (6) the statement by S.smith about Rosland's refund policy is totally false, (7) S.smith likely did not call CNBC, but if so, Rosland does not advertise on CNBC, so CNBC would have nothing to say, (8) S.smith is lying about Rosland's offices in Santa Monica because those offices are fully staffed with over twenty (20) employees. Everything that S.smith says about Rosland Capital in the website posting is entirely untrue. To the contrary, Rosland Capital is known in the industry and by its many and valued customers as holding to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and customer service. Rosland has never had a legitimate complaint from any customer and is rated A by the Better Business Bureau. I suspect that S.smith may have perverse motivations for this absurd and untruthful attack on Rosland or may simply be a crank, as S.smith2222 posted a substantially identical complaint (using identical words, except for names, throughout the posting) against another company in the same industry a few minutes before the Rosland posting. A month earlier, under the moniker S.smith222, S.smith posted a complaint against a company in the same industry as Rosland, using several of the exact same paragraphs.

A reading of these three posts alone raises questions about S.smith222, S.smith2222 and S.smith22222.

It is unfortunate in our free society that anonymous individuals are free to post scurrilous lies on the internet without the risk of legal retribution for their outrageous misconduct because they can hide behind a phony name.
