United Benefit Advantage called me to confirm address then charge my account with out me giving them anything Naperville Illinois

they called ask to confirm my address i said ok to who ever i was talking to at this time then at tthe end they said if you have any question to call i said ok , then hung up . then we notice there was charge to our account that was made of 4.95 on july 31 09 then on aug 8 09 there was another 34.95 so called the bank ask who there where and that i didn't approve this she told me look like there was a number by benefit so i call it ask who there where ask how they charge my account with out me giving any information.

i try to call them back on monday aug 10 09 to get money back she said that i approve and i can't get my money back so i ask her how they got my acoount stuff to charge me . she said i had a credit card no i don't have one olny bank card. then she told me that some companys sell information online . then she told me to put my phone number on the do not call list idid that .

about two month ago . then she more stuff and what i should do . i said i know what i have to do then hung up. so iam leting people know about this company now this not right and how they get or information . i just this company would just stop and think what they are diong but they don't . they are hurting people with taking there money like this. that is why people don't have food to put on the table for there familys.

Cbsi Membership Services, located in Naperville, IL, designs and customizes discount benefit membership programs for separate third-party businesses. We solely provide the discounted services to the members registered in the program(s) owned by the third-party businesses. 


 


The third-party businesses provide the program(s) to their customers as an added benefit or they market their private labeled program(s) to their customers as an opportunity to join their club.  The customer service representatives in our call center only answer in-bound calls placed by members who are attempting to use the discounted services offered within their program.  Cbsi does not bill, solicit or telemarket any programs to consumers.


 


United Benefit Advantage is not an independent business, but is a discount membership program that third-party businesses offer to their customers.

 


We want to ensure that all of your issues are resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible. If you were unable to resolve this matter, please call us at 1.888.255.4989 and a representative in our customer service call center will assist you and verify the status of your membership.  At that time, our representative can determine the third-party business responsible for registering you into the United Benefit Advantage program and will connect you with them to address your complaints directly for further resolution.
